Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Supply Chain Associate in Singapore to oversee end-to-end logistics for a B2B beauty products business with international sourcing. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes inventory control, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate reporting to support a fast-moving organization with global reach.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in omnichannel in beauty/FMCG.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, IWMS, GEEK+ will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end shipments from international suppliers to our Singapore warehouse.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping partners to optimize routes and costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and proper customs documentation.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare regular reports on status, performance, and logistics costs.
• Handle inventory management tasks and provide team support during peak periods.
