Job summary

G P Manufacturing (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the B2B manufacturing and metal stamping sector. You will identify new opportunities, build key customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions.

The role requires at least 1 year in business development or sales in a B2B setting, familiarity with engineering drawings, and willingness to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to support sales and client consultations.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B environment.
• Knowledge or prior experience in the metal stamping industry to engage clients and understand product applications.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and meet client requirements.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to improve service offerings and customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and implement follow-up strategies to maximize account growth.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
