Job summary

Sunrate is a leading global payment and treasury management platform seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager / Solution Sales. The role focuses on acquiring strategic clients globally, with emphasis on digital assets, e-commerce, advertising, and cross-border payments.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to onboarding—while coordinating with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
• Fluent written and spoken business English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients and opportunities across global markets.
• Develop expertise in key industry verticals (digital assets, e-commerce, advertising, cross-border payments).
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation to onboarding.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and tailor Sunrate's solutions to client needs.
• Drive full sales cycle including negotiation, contracting and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Solutions teams to deliver tailored solutions.
