Job summary

The A*STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA) is seeking a proactive professional to lead international partnerships for its awards programme in Singapore. You will collaborate with overseas universities, award recipients and local partners to drive engagements, manage budgets and shape policy improvements in the global talent landscape.

You will work independently and with teams, travel overseas about once or twice a year, and contribute to strategic talent development initiatives that support Singapore’s

• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

• Willingness to travel overseas approximately once or twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Drive the promotion, management and development of international partnerships for A*STAR international awards.
• Manage partnerships with overseas institutions/universities, and serve as the point-of-contact.
• Oversee recruitment and selection of international awardees.
• Review and maintain partnership agreements.
• Engage international awardees including current PhD students and alumni.
• Review, enhance and operationalise international awards and related policies.
• Administer international awards, including approvals, budgets and project management.
• Analyse data, trends and stakeholder feedback to support policy reviews.
