Job summary

A*STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA) invites applications for a Programme Coordinator role to support scholar development and engagement programmes, including the Vista Programme and mentorship initiatives. You will handle planning, logistics, data collection and stakeholder communications.

The position requires strong organisation, data handling, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to programme evaluation and reporting within Singapore's research ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination or administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, delivery and improvement of scholar development programmes.
• Coordinate programme administration and logistics including scheduling and materials.
• Support scholar deployment processes and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis.
• Extract and organise data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries to support monitoring.
• Track participation and feedback for evaluation.
• Manage communications with scholars for programmes and activities.
• Coordinate with colleagues across A*STAR and stakeholders.
• Support surveys and data collection activities.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and engagement sessions.
• Assist with other scholar development initiatives as required.
