Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / Fuel Operations Specialist to oversee routine fuel farm operations, safety, and maintenance. You will prepare daily logs, supervise contractor troubleshooting, and report equipment abnormalities to maintenance teams.

You will also participate as an Emergency Response Team member during incidents. You will work outdoors with aviation support equipment and vehicles, and collaborate with the team through on‑the‑job training programs, contributing to

Qualifications

NITEC qualification preferred for the role.
At least 5 years of experience is preferred in related duties.
Valid Class 4 and/or Class 5 driving licenses and/or forklift license.
Prior RSAF experience is advantageous.
Ability to use apps and maintain cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

Conduct fuel farm operations in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.
Perform fuel quality checks, sampling, loading/unloading, and record transactions.
Operate fuel bridger and aviation specialised vehicles and perform aircraft fuelling/defuelling.
Carry out daily maintenance on GFE/GFP and monitor equipment for preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements; participate in audits and safety briefings.
Manage shift operations per customer/contract requirements and contribute to continuous digitisation.
Participate in required training, security clearance documentation, and OT/call-out assignments.
