Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to own and improve AP processes for a fast‑growing ecommerce client. You will drive automation, maintain internal controls, and oversee a small team handling high‑volume supplier transactions from a remote Singapore base.

You will report to Regional Finance Controller, partner with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure accurate, timely payments while resolving supplier queries.

Qualifications

• Degree in accountancy or related field.
• At least 8 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience designing and driving process improvements.
• Proficiency with Netsuite is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts payable function as process owner and drive improvements.
• Implement automation to support evolving business requirements.
• Manage high‑volume supplier transactions and complex payment schedules.
• Serve as escalation point for supplier queries and ensure accuracy.
