Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management for IDC/Server/AI procurement.
• 2+ years of procurement experience working locally.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage procurement projects independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across HQ and regional teams and handle high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement operation and commercial management of AI GPU/Cloud service/AI model projects, including progress, demand, commercial negotiations, price, contract and issue management during execution.
• Formulate procurement strategies and implementation; develop, manage, evaluate and improve suppliers.
• Collect and analyze market trends to inform procurement decisions.
• Streamline processes and promote cross-team problem-solving.
