Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in freight forwarding with a strong focus on agency sales, excellent negotiation and coordination skills, and a diploma or degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in freight forwarding with agency or network sales exposure.
• Experience with WCA or similar alliances preferred.
• Strong understanding of trade lane development.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within global freight forwarder networks.
• Promote the company as a preferred agent for inbound and outbound business.
• Drive trade lane performance and manage cargo flows.
