Job summary

Sonova seeks a seasoned Procurement Senior Manager to own the Accessories sub-category within the global category structure. You will lead sourcing, onboarding, and contract management, delivering value and competitive advantage while aligning with Sonova’s procurement goals.

You will interact with technical and financial stakeholders, drive cost savings, and manage supplier relationships in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment that supports growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in the Directs area with knowledge of electronic devices.
• Implementation of strategic Category strategies in a global context.
• Experience owning procurement activities within a global organization.
• Ownership of sourcing processes aligned with policy, procedures and targets.
• Ability to resolve supply chain disturbances and influence vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Accessories sub-category within the category structure.
• Execute world-class sourcing to deliver value and competitive advantage.
• Provide insights, data and experiences to the Category Leader and procurement plans.
• Deliver on planned objectives, including savings and time-to-source.
• Negotiate 3rd party contracts and manage supplier relationships.
