Job summary

GIC in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Lead to maintain stable, secure, and high-performing SAT platforms. You will triage incidents, coordinate resolutions, and manage a Follow-the-sun L1/L2 model for critical tooling and pipelines.

You will work with GitHub, JFrog, Jira, Confluence, and AI/DevOps platforms, ensuring timely responses, documentation, and continuous improvements. A hybrid on-site/WFH arrangement supports collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in application/ platform support or related roles.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk).
• Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS, ECS, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform).
• Familiarity with DBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to triage and coordinate resolutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow-the-sun L1/L2 Production Support for SAT platforms and tooling.
• Monitor health and performance using dashboards (Datadog) across pipelines, runners, workspaces, services.
• Respond to and manage production incidents; document resolutions and follow-ups.
• Review and execute platform upgrades, deployments, and risk mitigation.
• Provide user support for CI/CD, workspaces, and toolchains; address access issues.
