Job summary

Smart Energy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an accounting professional to prepare the full set of accounts, financial statements, and GST returns. You will manage General Ledger transactions for the Group, post journal entries, and support audits in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include month-end closing, bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, inventory checks, and ensuring compliance with SFRS and group policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA.
• 2–3 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably with audit exposure.
• Willing-to-learn attitude, team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and financial statements; assist audits and GST preparation.
• Handle and maintain General Ledger (GL) transactions for all Group companies.
• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
• Inventory & stock reconciliation and periodic valuation checks.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and group policies; support AP/AR reconciliations.
