Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field with 2+ years' experience in accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles; familiar with SFRS and GST.
• Proficient in Xero/MYOB/SAP and spreadsheets.
• Bilingual English and Chinese communication is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, team player, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL), fixed assets, cash flow forecasts and GST submissions.
• Prepare monthly operating statements and complete month-end and year-end closings.
• Produce financial reports for Singapore and regional entities.
• Handle reconciliations, audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, payments, and funding records.
