Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Gift Processing at the Kent Ridge Campus. You will support recording, reconciliation, and documentation of gifts, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting across platforms.

The role requires meticulous, proactive individuals with strong MS Excel skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders. On-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• The role requires a recognised Diploma or Degree.
• Experience in trusts, foundations, or similar organisations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication; adaptable to changes.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Record and update gifts received across platforms and payment methods.
• Liaise with faculties and offices to coordinate gift processing docs.
• Manage electronic filing and integrity of digital/hardcopy records.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on gift processing matters.
• Assist finance in fund posting matters.
• Conduct training for internal stakeholders on gift processing.
• Generate monthly gift reports with accuracy.
• Respond to queries and clarify gift processing procedures.
• Review existing workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Support other operational duties and projects as assigned.
