Job summary

Thong Teck Home for Senior Citizens is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support the daily operations of the ward in Singapore.

The successful candidate will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, supervise junior staff, and ensure documentation compliance with MOH guidelines and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with medical and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Must hold a Valid Practicing Certificate.
• BCLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and support medical/allied health professionals.
• Develop and review care plans and document per nursing standards.
• Monitor quality indicators and participate in MOH guideline compliance and audits.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff; conduct competency assessments.
• Engage residents and families in care planning; oversee ward operations, supplies, equipment maintenance, and resident appointments.
