Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a capable Nursing Supervisor to oversee Nurse Aides and care staff at our Woodlands, Singapore location. The role covers guiding staff and ensuring high standards of client care on a 5-day rotating schedule with AM/PM shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing diploma or degree, strong communication with families, and the ability to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. You will also train staff, prepare rosters, and help develop care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Experience supervising nurse aides or care staff preferred.
• Strong communication with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Nurse Aides, Health Attendants and care staff.
• Oversee healthcare and medical needs of clients.
• Monitor clients' well-being and progress.
• Support clients during daily activities and mealtimes.
• Maintain communication with families and collaborate with the team.
• Provide training and guidance to care staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and assist care guidelines development.
• Recommend programmes to enhance clients' care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
