Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Manager for Ship Agency in Singapore to lead the operations, commercial growth, and P&L of the ship agency business. You will oversee vessel calls, crew changes, port services, and drive performance across the organization.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, expand client relationships with shipowners and managers, and negotiate agency agreements to strengthen market position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in ship agency, port operations, or maritime management (with proven managerial experience).
• Deep understanding of Singapore port operations, customs, and maritime regulations.
• Established network across shipowners, charterers, and local port stakeholders.
