Job summary

SPINDLE GIKEN (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, oversee Singapore operations, and drive international business development. You will coordinate group activities, manage key customer relationships, and guide business opportunities across markets.

You will work with the Managing Director to improve performance and lead negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring strong governance and long-term growth for the group.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior management experience in marine engineering, marine machinery, ship repair or a related industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the international marine engineering and ship repair business.
• Proven experience in corporate management, strategic planning and international business development.
• Experience managing or coordinating business activities across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Effective leadership, strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
