Job summary

STRUKTURAS DF INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior finance leader to head the finance and accounting function in Singapore. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flow, and provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience in financial leadership, budgeting, taxation, and controls, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and aligning financial strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and advise senior management on financial and commercial decisions.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse budget variances and recommend measures to improve profitability and control costs.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking facilities and financing requirements to support business operations.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, approval procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries and other professional advisers.
• Evaluate capital expenditure, investment proposals and business opportunities, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Review contract terms, customer credit exposure and outstanding receivables to manage financial risks.
• Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear responsibilities, performance standards and development plans.
• Improve accounting systems, reporting processes and financial workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Present financial results, key risks and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Undertake other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
