Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. seeks a General Manager to oversee the entity's P&L, performance, and daily operations, driving profitable growth and effective project delivery. The role focuses on strengthening engineering services while expanding AI-Smart offerings and lifecycle revenue.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategic bids, manage customer relationships, and build leadership depth to sustain growth in Singapore's dynamic market.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in engineering services, M&E, HVAC/building systems, facilities management, or related sectors.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership.

Mansioni

• Oversee financial and operational performance, including revenue and profitability.
• Drive sales growth, key accounts, bids, pricing, and cross-selling across sectors.
• Lead commercialisation of smart engineering solutions and recurring revenue.
• Ensure safe, timely project delivery with governance, cost control, and risk management.
• Coordinate with group functions to align resources and project execution.
• Build high-performing teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
