Job Summary

We are seeking a technically-grounded General Manager to lead and scale business operations across Singapore and Southeast Asia, combining strategic business leadership with deep software engineering expertise.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap, revenue targets, and market expansion plans across multiple countries in Southeast Asia


• Oversee core technology architecture and software development lifecycles to drive product innovation and ensure technical excellence


• Contribute to code-level decisions and participate in technical deep-dives and code reviews to support engineering teams


• Manage end-to-end business operations across diverse international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and operational efficiency


• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous innovation


• Own full P&L responsibility, manage corporate budgets, and represent the company in negotiations with government bodies, investors, and strategic partners


• Bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical executives through effective negotiation and stakeholder management

Required competencies and certifications

• Fluent proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to lead meetings, draft documents, and conduct negotiations seamlessly


• Master’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field


• Minimum 10 years of senior executive or General Management experience with direct responsibility for multi-country/regional operations


• Proven expertise in the Data Center industry, including data center infrastructure, cooling systems, and thermal management solutions


• Hands-on software development skills with proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Golang, including system architecture design and active participation in technical reviews


• In-depth knowledge of Liquid Cooling CDU systems, including working principles, system architecture, performance optimization, integration with cooling loops, and troubleshooting
