Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency with modern F&B POS systems (e.g., Toast, Lightspeed, OpenTable) and inventory software.
• Sound understanding of health codes, liquor licensing, labor laws, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
• Enforce hygiene, food safety, and operational standards in compliance with SFA and MOM regulations.
• Optimize operational efficiency by managing inventory control and supplier/vendor relationships to reduce waste and control costs.
• Manage full Profit & Loss performance, drive revenue growth, and control labor and food costs.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, set sales targets, and develop monthly financial forecasts to support business planning.
• Analyze sales data, POS reports, and market trends to optimize menu pricing and maximize profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development for service and kitchen teams.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment to retain top talent.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Managers to develop innovative dining and beverage concepts.
• Partner with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, guest retention strategies, and seasonal events.
• Engage with guests to collect feedback actively and resolve service escalations promptly.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization in the hospitality sector

• Sound understanding of SFA health codes, liquor licensing, labor laws, and workplace safety (WSH) standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, F&B division, or multi-outlet dining venue
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to lead teams and manage guest relations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
