Job summary

The role involves conducting research, policy analysis, and event management, as well as supporting global gender equality projects and media engagement. The candidate will engage with external stakeholders such as NGOs and government agencies, prepare reports, and provide administrative support for department activities and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, International Relations, Public Policy/Administration, or Communications.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Solid writing skills for reports, speeches, and social media content.
• Passion for gender equality and keen interest in women’s development issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on trends in women’s development, gender equality, social policies, and international rankings.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage on women’s rights to identify issues and opportunities for action.
• Assist in organizing conferences, webinars, and workshops, including logistics, content, and speaker engagement.
• Prepare reports and briefings for international organizations, summarizing findings and progress.
