Job summary

Data & Research Support Officer role at BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing) seeks a detail-oriented professional to support survey administration, data management, analysis and reporting for a policy-related unit. Qualifications

• Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage large spreadsheets and/or databases independently.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer survey questionnaires
• Collate, clean and organise survey returns and databases
• Analyse datasets to identify useful insights
• Prepare data reports, dashboards and visualisations
• Respond to queries from survey respondents and data users
• Provide general administrative and coordination support, including meeting and event arrangements
