Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts, social sciences, humanities, IR, public policy/administration, or communications.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Solid writing skills for reports, speeches, and social media content.
• Passion for gender equality and keen interest in women's development issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on trends in women's development, focusing on gender equality, social policies, and international rankings.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage on women's rights and gender equality to identify key issues, challenges, and opportunities for action.
• Assist in organizing key events such as conferences, webinars, and workshops, including coordinating logistics, developing content, and engaging speakers.
• Prepare reports and briefings for international organizations, summarizing research findings and providing insights into the progress of gender equality.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies, to align policy initiatives and raise awareness of women's issues.
• Provide administrative support for budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources for department activities and ad-hoc tasks.
