Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on GenAI Business Analyst to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions for the financial sector. You will collaborate with infrastructure and technology teams, lead workshops, and shape end-to-end GenAI architectures, including prompt engineering and model context.

A Bachelor’s in CS and 6+ years in finance tech are required, with strong communication, problem-solving, and experience evaluating LLMs such as OpenAI and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in finance technology.
• Experience in system analysis or core banking within GenAI space.
• Experience with Agentic AI, GenAI and model context protocol.
• Fundamental understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience evaluating and integrating LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
• OpenShift, RAG, agentic AI and GenAI workflows are a plus.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, workshops and modelling transactions to meet business requirements.
• Hands-on techno-functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategies and functional requirements.
• Work with technology teams across infrastructure to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities, needs and system improvements.
• Build strong relationships and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.
• Understand technical architecture and systems.
