Job summary

Tangspac Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Application Engineer to lead production‑grade AI platforms for a leading banking client in Singapore. You will own LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows, delivering secure, scalable AI solutions with Python/Java in a tightly governed environment.

Responsibilities include building end‑to‑end AI applications, integrating with enterprise systems, ensuring observability, and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• 6+ years of progressive software engineering with GenAI production work.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production‑grade GenAI apps.
• Architect RAG systems, agentic workflows, and dynamic tool calling.
• Build multi‑agent LLM orchestration and K8s‑based deployments.
• Write robust backend code in Python/Java and integrate APIs.
• Collaborate with risk, data science, and software teams in Agile sprints.
• Document architectures, pipelines, and runbooks for operations.
• Ensure on‑site Singapore presence and compliance with SLAs.
