Job summary

UOB Enterprise AI is seeking an experienced AI Platform Specialist to shape and execute the bank's AI strategy and platform. You will design, develop, and deploy high-impact ML solutions that address banking challenges and create enterprise value.

Collaborate with data scientists, IT engineers and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ML products, aiming for scalable, production-ready deployments across the bank.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ML engineering or similar role with production deployments.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, model life cycle and deployment patterns.
• Hands-on data management experience (Hadoop, Spark, ETL, relational & NoSQL databases).
• Proficiency in Python, Java or Scala.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud AI platforms; familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Banking/financial sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology to develop and operate the enterprise AI platform.
• Serve as AI platform SME, translating business needs into ML solutions.
• Design reusable assets, libraries, and ML tools to speed development.
• Collaborate with teams to adopt best practices for model deployment.
• Build data and ML pipelines for training and production.
• Develop AI products tools/UI for stakeholders.
