ByteDance's BytePlus team is hiring graduates to help enterprises and AI-native developers build next-gen AI-enabled businesses. You will work on deploying AI models, designing agent solutions, and integrating models with cloud infrastructure to deliver real business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with AI on cloud platforms and LLM applications across industries.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and related tech.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge the gap between Generative AI model research and real-world applications.
• Design and prototype AI-native agent solutions per client requirements.
• Deliver production-ready code integrating AI model APIs into agent frameworks.
• Optimize system performance focusing on latency, throughput, and cost.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails for safe, reliable AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to feed signals into roadmaps.
