Job summary

A leading global FMCG group with a significant international footprint, supported by a regional Asia headquarters in Singapore covering sourcing, supply chain and trading operations, is seeking a GenAI Business Partner to drive adoption and value across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with Data & AI teams, and champion responsible GenAI use across functions in Singapore.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
3+ years in AI/Analytics, business analysis, digital transformation, product, consulting, or similar role.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate problems into tech solutions.
Knowledge of GenAI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational AI, RAG, AI agents.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and AI opportunities.
Translate requirements into AI use cases, user journeys, and solution concepts.
Facilitate workshops to validate GenAI opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Bridge business teams and Data & AI teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Explain AI capabilities and constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support adoption and continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.
