Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Senior Manager, GDC Portfolio Performance & Management to oversee the performance of stabilised data centre assets across APAC. You will monitor financial/operational metrics, support capital allocation decisions and strengthen governance oversight in collaboration with STT GDC and Group Finance.

You will develop dashboards, perform scenario analyses and provide insights to senior management and shareholders to drive long-term value across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, private equity, infrastructure investing or corporate investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing monitoring of operational and financial performance across stabilised data centre assets in APAC.
• Develop portfolio performance dashboards covering operating and investment KPIs.
• Assess portfolio returns, capital deployment opportunities and funding implications.
• Prepare Board/Committee materials with clear performance insights.
• Track market dynamics, regulatory trends and investment priorities across APAC.
