Job summary

GIC is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale build-out in Singapore. You will own the full lifecycle of the programme, from initiation to handover, directing multi-year, multi-vendor deliveries and liaising with executive committees.

The role requires deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure, risk management, and governance, with a proven ability to align technical delivery with strategic objectives while managing budgets and complex stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of programme/project management experience in data centre delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year, multi-vendor programmes with budget ownership.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Data Centre Build-Out programme and related infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and govern project management frameworks, operating models, and governance structures.
• Manage integrated master schedule, dependencies, and resource allocation across teams.
• Drive vendor management from kickoff to handover, with stage-gate controls and KPIs.
• Ensure operational readiness and transition to BAU with risk and security considerations.
