Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Singapore citizen.
• 4–6 years in designing, deploying and managing enterprise IT infrastructure (network services).
• Hands-on experience with network, servers, Windows/Linux, cabling and cloud ops (GCC, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide network support for on-prem data centres and GCC on AWS, 24x7 operations.
• Ensure optimal network performance, troubleshoot incidents and minimize downtime.
• Maintain high availability, security, and compliance with government IT policies.
• Manage maintenance, firmware upgrades and security fixes for network equipment.
• Support office renovations and new office LAN/WAN cabling works.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Prepare status reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Maintain operational docs and SOPs including deployment procedures.
• Oversee project budgeting, billing, and cost tracking.
• Handle day-to-day IT issues related to network, apps, infra and security.
• Assist rollout of new IT infrastructure and app deployments.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure efficient operations.
