Job summary

SWG CONSTRUCTION (M&E) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee gas piping projects from planning to completion, coordinating clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to meet technical, regulatory, and financial targets.

The role focuses on developing timelines and budgets, supervising on-site activities, procuring materials, leading meetings, and ensuring permits and reports are in order. Mature mid-career applicants are welcome; a 6-month traineeship is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams on construction sites.
• Familiarity with safety standards and permit documentation.
• Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes based on technical requirements and contractual obligations.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Manage procurement of materials and monitor supply chain logistics.
• Lead project team meetings and maintain transparent communication across all levels.
• Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation of permits, inspections, and reports.
