Job summary

NetEase is seeking a Merchant Operations Associate to oversee shelf operations for game products on our platform in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, manage listings and pricing, and maintain daily merchant operations including campaigns and updates.

You will work with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to support key games, new releases, and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above; 2+ years in e-commerce or merchant operations.
• Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with game categories (PC/console/mobile).
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities and manage listing, SKU updates, and daily maintenance for game products.
• Monitor pricing, GMV, traffic, and conversion; adjust pricing strategies and observe margins.
• Coordinate merchant communications, quotations, and fulfillment follow-up; improve merchant partnerships.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, product and other teams to support campaigns and launches.
