Job summary

NETS is seeking a motivated undergraduate student to join the Merchant Business Team in Singapore. The role focuses on product research, analysis and documentation to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem.

You will conduct market and customer research, help draft PRDs, define features and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with product, operations and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end journeys.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Able to commit full-time for at least 24 weeks (May–Dec).
• Strong analytical and research skills with data and qualitative insight synthesis.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support product research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Draft and maintain PRDs and related product artefacts.
• Define features, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Participate in brainstorming with product, operations and stakeholders; support improvements.
