Job summary

The Lab Education Centre is seeking a passionate Game Development Teacher who is proficient in Chinese. You will join at an exciting stage of expansion and product development, helping shape our game development programmes for students.

You will teach game development and programming to children and teens, guide design and coding tasks, and contribute to curriculum improvement. Weekend work is required, with Monday and Tuesday off.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Singapore Education System.
• A grade in Chinese at both O-Level and A-Level.
• Higher Chinese is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Interest or experience in game development, programming or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Teach game development and programming to children and teenagers.
• Guide students through game design, coding and creative problem solving.
• Support the development and improvement of our game development curriculum.
• Contribute ideas and feedback during the product development process.
• Create an engaging and encouraging learning environment for students.
• Support the development of Chinese-language learning resources and programmes.
