Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an organised Associate Producer to help deliver high-quality game development projects on time and within budget. You will work with the Producer/Lead Producer to coordinate teams, maintain schedules, track deliverables and identify risks that could impact production.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project coordination or related roles, experience with PC/console/live-ops projects, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, production or project management.
• Experience supporting PC, console or live-ops game projects is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with productivity/project-management tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Jira, Hansoft, Confluence, MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Producer in planning, coordination and delivery of the development project.
• Assist the team in delivering a high-quality product on time and within budget.
• Organise, execute and monitor project activities across development areas.
• Prepare and monitor development schedules, task boards, project docs and production reports.
• Track milestones and follow up on tasks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings and document actions/decisions.
• Maintain communication between disciplines, leadership, clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with milestone deliverables to clients and management.
• Identify risks, blockers and resource constraints and escalate.
• Help remove impediments and resolve cross-discipline dependencies.
• Work with leads to set priorities and expectations.
• Monitor team capacity, workload and productivity.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Contribute to retrospectives and production process improvements.
• Maintain accurate project information in PM tools.
• Promote open communication and collaborative culture.
