Overview

As a Senior Creative Producer within Level Infinite’s internal creative studio (ICC), you are the conduit between our artists, our partner studios and the games they are making. You will take ownership of our most complex and high-profile productions — in-game cinematics, trailers, key art, renders and marketing content — driving them from brief through to delivery, on time and on budget.

The remit is three-fold: build strong, trusted relationships with our partner studios; enable the team to produce the best game content possible; and deliver it with the commercial discipline that a business-facing creative function demands. This is a senior role and you will operate with real autonomy — owning scope and cost decisions, deputising for the Head of Production, and setting the production standard the rest of the function works to.

Critically, you are technically fluent. You understand how in-game cinematics are actually made — from script and storyboard through mocap, previs and blockout to animation, lighting, FX and final delivery — and you understand 3D asset workflows well enough to scope them accurately, interrogate an estimate and speak credibly to both artists and technical directors. You are not a producer who hands a brief over the wall; you are one who knows what is underneath it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end production of ICC’s most complex and high-profile projects across in-game cinematics, trailers, key art, renders and marketing content
  • Scope, cost and resource productions accurately, developing quotes and SOWs with full commercial and resourcing discipline
  • Build production plans, schedules, budgets and trackers, and set the standard for how they are maintained across the wider production team
  • Act as the senior production contact for partner studios, building trusted relationships that generate repeat and new business
  • Plan and manage technical cinematic pipelines — script refinement, storyboarding, mocap direction, previs and blockout, animation, lighting, FX and sound mix, through to final optimisation and delivery via Perforce
  • Scope and track 3D asset production — modelling, texturing, rigging, grooming, lighting and rendering — with a realistic understanding of effort and dependency
  • Anticipate risk independently — identify issues early, propose solutions and elevate clearly and in good time
  • Source, onboard and manage external specialist studios, contractors and freelancers, holding partners to ICC quality standards through direction rather than pure outsourcing
  • Assign and manage allocated resources across projects based on workload, capability and priority
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Video, Head of Art, Head of CGI and technical art function to keep creative ambition and delivery reality aligned
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving when working with shifting scopes, incomplete or buggy game assets and compressed timelines
  • Mentor and elevate junior producers and project managers, moving them from observing workflows to driving them
  • Deputise for the Head of Production as required, and communicate openly and directly across a distributed team spanning Singapore, London and China
  • Work with the rest of the team to constantly improve and grow the Studio
Requirements
  • Experience: +6 years producing in a creative environment, including significant time in Games, with a portfolio of shipped high-profile cinematic, trailer or marketing content
  • Technical Cinematics: Demonstrable experience producing in-game and in-engine cinematics — familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and Sequencer, mocap production, previs and blockout, and engine build and Perforce delivery workflows
  • 3D Workflow Knowledge: A working understanding of 3D modelling and asset pipelines (modelling, texturing, rigging, grooming, lighting and rendering) sufficient to scope, cost and challenge estimates credibly
  • Production Craft: Exceptional project management, with genuine rigour around planning, scheduling, tracking and documentation at scale
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgement — able to build quotes and SOWs, and to protect margin and capacity in a commercially exposed function
  • Partner Relationships: Proven ability to build trust with clients, partner studios and external vendors, and to represent the studio credibly at a senior level
  • Independent Judgement: Operates autonomously — anticipates risk, makes decisions without close supervision, and escalates the right things at the right time
  • Communication: Excellent, direct and mature communicator — comfortable navigating a range of personality types and holding professional boundaries that protect both the team and the work
  • Leadership: Able to mentor and elevate more junior production staff, and to set a standard others follow
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, particularly in shifting production environments
  • Attributes: Mature, selfless and capable of giving and receiving feedback with professional grace
  • Industry Passion: A deep affinity for video games, film, and the creative industries
