As a Senior Creative Producer within Level Infinite’s internal creative studio (ICC), you are the conduit between our artists, our partner studios and the games they are making. You will take ownership of our most complex and high-profile productions — in-game cinematics, trailers, key art, renders and marketing content — driving them from brief through to delivery, on time and on budget.
The remit is three-fold: build strong, trusted relationships with our partner studios; enable the team to produce the best game content possible; and deliver it with the commercial discipline that a business-facing creative function demands. This is a senior role and you will operate with real autonomy — owning scope and cost decisions, deputising for the Head of Production, and setting the production standard the rest of the function works to.
Critically, you are technically fluent. You understand how in-game cinematics are actually made — from script and storyboard through mocap, previs and blockout to animation, lighting, FX and final delivery — and you understand 3D asset workflows well enough to scope them accurately, interrogate an estimate and speak credibly to both artists and technical directors. You are not a producer who hands a brief over the wall; you are one who knows what is underneath it.
