Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an AM/M (ECO, Outreach) to oversee two community galleries and manage programming, partnerships, and volunteer engagement. The role combines gallery operations, procurement, and stakeholder relations with a focus on community outreach and heritage programming.

The position requires independence, multi-workstream coordination, and the ability to monitor and evaluate programmes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role overseeing gallery operations and programmes.
• Experience coordinating and managing volunteers and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two community galleries and manage service contracts.
• Lead programming for KAHG and collaborate on overall programme calendar and partnerships.
• Oversee MBL operations and supervise 2 temp staff.
• Manage relationships with partner volunteer organisation and coordinate volunteer events.
• Oversee budget use, stakeholder relations, and maintenance for SCHG.
