Job summary

Lian Hin Pte Ltd. is seeking a proactive Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations in our premium gallery environment. You will ensure showroom readiness, maintain presentation standards, and welcome customers with a professional demeanor.

You'll coordinate with Sales and Operations, assist with samples, catalogs and promotions, and help manage events and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience in our Singapore showroom.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready during operating hours.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards including display arrangement and labeling.
• Reset display areas after interactions to maintain consistency.
• Support display refreshes, product placement updates and visual merchandising.
• Welcome walk-in customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Direct customers to the appropriate staff for assistance.
• Provide basic customer assistance and showroom support as needed.
• Prepare and arrange product samples, catalogs, brochures and promotional materials.
• Monitor showroom supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Identify and report maintenance or facility issues.
• Support showroom events, promotions, launches and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other departments to support activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational or administrative duties.

1.Showroom Readiness & Presentation

• Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organised, well-presented and customer-ready during operating hours.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, including display arrangement, product labelling and sample presentation.
• Reset display areas after customer interactions to maintain consistency and presentation quality.
• Support showroom display refreshes, product placement updates and visual merchandising activities.

2.Customer Reception & Frontline Support

• Welcome walk-in customers in a polite, professional and approachable manner.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Gallery Consultant or relevant personnel for assistance.
• Provide basic customer assistance and showroom support where required.

3.Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing and arranging product samples, catalogues, brochures and promotional materials.
• Monitor showroom supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Identify and report maintenance, display or facility issues to the relevant departments.
• Support showroom events, promotions, product launches and customer engagement activities.

4.Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and relevant departments to support smooth showroom activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational or administrative duties as assigned.
