OCBC Bank is seeking an FX & Rates Strategy Intern to support market research and model building within Global Markets in Singapore. You will work with seasoned strategists on macro themes, data gathering, and publication of market views.

We value curious, analytical candidates pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and an interest in FX, rates, and precious metals. This role offers hands-on learning and exposure to professional market platforms.

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to understand macroeconomics and markets.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Market Research & Analysis: analyse indicators, trends, and policies in FX, rates, and precious metals.
• Data Collection & Management: gather data from market platforms and publications.
• Financial Modelling: maintain FX, rates and macro models for analysis.
• Strategy Development Support: assist in refining analytical frameworks and models.
• Thematic Research: cover macro trends, policy developments, geopolitical events.
• Market Monitoring: track global moves and policy announcements, provide updates.
