Coins Philippines is seeking a dynamic Head of Trading to own the FX strategy, market making framework, and the PH OTC/FX trading desk, with accountability for PnL and risk.

You will source liquidity from banks, LPs and counterparties, set pricing, manage execution quality, and collaborate across Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Risk and Engineering to scale liquidity, meet regulatory standards, and drive profitable growth.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in FX, digital assets or market making.
• 3+ years leading a trading team.
• Proven profitability with disciplined risk management.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the FX trading strategy across payment corridors and currency pairs, with focus on PHP and emerging-market currencies.
• Design, run and improve market making strategy for exchange order books and liquidity provision.
• Build, lead and develop the PH OTC/FX trading team, including hiring and training.
• Establish trading risk frameworks: limits, stop-loss, VaR, counterparty and concentration controls.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Engineering to ensure well-funded, compliant operations.
