Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and development of FX and multi-asset CFDs business, covering strategy, pricing, trading conditions, client experience and commercial performance.
• Oversee dealing, pricing, liquidity and trading risk with strong controls and risk management.
• Manage relationships with liquidity providers, counterparties and technology partners for competitive pricing and execution.
• Own electronic trading environment, including price feeds, connectivity and platform settings.
• Collaborate with Technology to maintain and improve pricing, connectivity and platform issues, plus new product implementations.
• Monitor market developments and client behavior to identify growth opportunities for the OTC product offering.

Job description

Phillip Nova is seeking an experienced and commercially minded professional to lead our OTC Products business, covering FX and CFDs across multiple asset classes.

The successful candidate will lead the development and day-to-day management of our OTC product business. Candidates do not necessarily need to come from a traditional FX dealing background. We welcome individuals with relevant experience in electronic trading, multi-asset products, liquidity management or trading technology who possess strong market understanding and the ability to lead a modern OTC trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall management and development of the Company's FX and multi-asset CFD business, covering product strategy, pricing, trading conditions, client experience and commercial performance.
• Oversee dealing, pricing, liquidity and trading risk, ensuring appropriate controls and effective management of market exposures.
• Manage relationships with liquidity providers, counterparties and technology partners to maintain competitive and reliable pricing and execution.
• Take business ownership of the electronic trading environment, including price feeds, liquidity connectivity, product configuration and platform settings.
• Work closely with Technology and other stakeholders to maintain and enhance pricing, execution, connectivity and platform issues, as well as support system enhancements and new product implementation.
• Monitor market developments, competitor offerings and client trading behaviour to identify opportunities to improve and expand the OTC product offering.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience in FX, CFDs, electronic trading, multi-asset brokerage or a related financial markets environment.
• Good understanding of OTC markets, pricing, execution and trading risk.
• Familiarity with electronic trading infrastructure, including liquidity providers, price feeds, APIs/connectivity and trading platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, particularly in investigating pricing, execution and platform issues.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to consider products from both market and client perspectives.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams and able to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to develop people and build a strong team.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to be hands-on when circumstances require.
