OSL is seeking an experienced Head of FX Trading to lead and grow our FX trading function, supporting our global payments and digital asset business. This role covers FX including Emerging Markets across Asia, LATAM and Africa, and will be hands-on in trading, securing competitive local pricing, executing OTC transactions, and growing trading volumes.

You will lead a team of 5–7 traders, own P&L, develop trading strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Treasury and Operations to scale liquidity

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on FX trading experience.
• Strong experience in Emerging Market FX across Asia, LATAM and/or Africa.
• Proven OTC FX trading, execution, pricing and liquidity management.
• Ability to manage P&L and trading performance.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or digital assets is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day FX trading across Asian, LATAM and African EM currencies.
• Execute OTC FX transactions with competitive pricing and efficient execution.
• Develop trading strategies to improve pricing, execution quality, trading volume and profitability.
• Manage FX exposures and ensure appropriate market risk management.
• Coach and develop traders while maintaining a hands-on role in trading, leading a team of 5–7.
