Job summary

Coins in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury to own liquidity across entities, currencies and banking partners, and to lead risk management for crypto and fiat operations. You will report to the Finance Director and scale treasury functions as the company expands into new markets.

You will design hedging strategies, oversee custody and on/off-ramp liquidity, and drive governance, controls and reporting. Strong leadership and cross-border experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of treasury or related experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cross-border payments or remittance within a multinational setup.
• Experience with crypto or stablecoin treasury operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong relationships with banks, fiat channels and other external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own global liquidity across entities, currencies and banking partners.
• Monitor cash positions, intercompany transfers and forecast cash needs.
• Design and implement hedging and risk mitigation strategies for FX and crypto.
• Lead bank account management globally and negotiate terms with banks.
• Establish treasury policies, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business, legal, tax and compliance for new markets and M&A.
• Drive treasury systems implementation and KPI reporting, lead the team.
