Job summary

The Transactional Foreign Exchange (TFX) Specialist at Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Limited will manage FX transactions generated through Citi’s cross-border payment solutions, delivering scalable FX flows for clients’ cross-border payments and FX Treasury needs.

Key duties include managing day-to-day FX execution, driving TFX automation, identifying growth corridors with Sales, Trading and JV teams, and contributing to product and pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or experience in Foreign Exchange and Cross Border payments
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Strong data analytics skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Team player with ability to work in a collaborative environment
• CFMAS / FMRP certification, knowing Chinese is an added advantage for flows from Chinese clients

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day FX execution activities that falls within the remit of TFX
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive TFX automation while achieving operational & client excellence
• Identify key corridors / business growth opportunities via close engagements with Sales, Trading and Product / JV partners
• Provide expertise in product & pricing discussions to support client RFP or deal engagements
• Manage and reduce operational FX risk for Sales and Trading
• Involved in product development activities including system enhancements and testing
