Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore is seeking an FX and Commodities eCommerce Client Service Associate to join the FICC eCS team.

You will provide pre-execution operational support for the bank’s proprietary and multi-dealer trading platforms, onboarding clients and enabling product access. You will work with Front, Middle, and Back Offices to resolve client queries, handle onboarding projects, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous for client communications with China.
• Experience in sales middle office or client service roles in the eCommerce space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable clients onto e-Trading platforms (internal and vendor) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide training and demonstrations to clients on in-house e-Trading platforms.
• Participate in regional and global projects to accelerate onboarding queues and meet SLAs.
• Generate data to aid business decisions and drive management resourcing.
• Identify and remediate client issues and queries raised by Front/Middle/Back Office or clients themselves.
