Job summary

You will back up Japanese clients, especially Hedge Funds, and collaborate with partners in electronic sales, trading, and product management to deliver comprehensive client coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant financial services experience.
• Native/Advanced Japanese proficiency required to support Japan business activities.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven sales track record.
• Proficient in Data Analysis (Tableau and QlikView), Bloomberg, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of FICC products.
• Team player with attention to detail and disciplined approach.
• Effective communication with internal partners and clients.
• Creative problem solver able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with global partners in electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product managers to provide client coverage.
• Handle client queries and requests for electronic execution and relay feedback to improve pricing and products.
• Identify new client opportunities and electronic execution trends; develop cross-product skills.
