Job summary

You will back up Japanese clients and collaborate with global partners on electronic sales, trading, and product coverage. Ideal candidates have a Finance/Economics degree, Japanese language proficiency, and at least 1 year in financial services, with strong data analysis skills (Tableau, QlikView, Bloomberg) and FICC product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services.
• Native / Advanced Japanese proficiency required to support Japan business activities and stakeholder communication.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Proficient in Data Analysis (Tableau and QlikView), Bloomberg, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of FICC products.
• Team player with attention to detail and disciplined process.
• Excellent communication with internal partners and clients.
• Creative problem solver capable of performing under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our global partners in electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product managers to provide comprehensive client coverage.
• Fulfil client queries and requests for their electronic execution needs while channeling client feedback to improve our franchise in terms of pricing and product.
• Demonstrate proficiency in identifying new client opportunities and electronic execution trends while developing cross-product skills.
• The ideal candidate has strong intellectual curiosity, organization, and the ability to perform well under high pressure with urgency.
